  • Shipping & Delivery

    Shipping out worldwide to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Greece, Spain, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Australia, Mexico, Brazil, Chile and more. All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

    We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • Order Tracking

    If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.  

  • Shipping Rates

    The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.  

  • Back Orders 

    If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.  

  • Privacy & Security

    We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:
    Billing Address
    Shipping Address
    Email Address 
    Credit Card Information

    In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

    Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE. Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data. 

  • Returns & Replacements

    Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include software and custom ordered items. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • Ordering

    Our checkout process is encrypted with a 128-bit SSL certificate. This ensures all sensitive data, such as credit card information and billing/shipping address be processed securely without any compromising factors. World Motorsports accepts a variety of payment options. World Motorsports  accepts Visa, Discover, American Express, MasterCard, and World Motorsports Gift Cards. World Motorsports will also accept a debit card with one of the previous company logos on it. Personal checks, company checks and money orders may be sent in to pay for your order as well. Pay Pal is also an option for all customers via the World Motorsports website. For our domestic customers you may also use PayPal Credit. If you are sending in a check or money order, please be sure to include your order number.

  • Viewing Orders

    It's easy to check the status of your order! Just visit online My Account and sign in with your World Motorsports ID and password to get a summary of any orders placed online. You'll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped. If you placed your order over the phone or via mail/fax, you can check your order status by contacting one of our customer services specialists at (310) 533-8900 or emailing
